• Email Verified: Basic account security
• Phone Verified: Adds another layer of identity confidence
• ID Verified: Government ID check via Stripe Identity

Staying Safe

• Never share personal contact information before a booking is confirmed
• Use ToolShed's in-app messaging for all communications
• Meet in public places for tool handoffs when possible
• Report suspicious behavior using the in-app report feature
